• ½ pound capicola
• ½ pound salami
• ½ pound pepperoni
• ½ pound prosciuttini
• ½ pound mozzarella cheese, grated
• 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
• 4 eggs
• Pizza sauce (optional)
• Rolling pin
• Pastry brush
• Greased 15x10x1 inch pan
Step 1: Roll half of the dough and put it into the greased pan.
Step 2: if you are using pizza sauce, cover the dough with sauce to the thickness of your liking.
Step 3: Layer salami on top and then the capicola. Top this with half of the grated mozzarella cheese.
Step 4: Layer prosciuttini on top of the cheese and then pepperoni on top of that.
Step 5: Add the remaining grated mozzarella.
Step 6: Spoon two of the eggs on top.
Step 7: Roll out the remainder of the dough and use it to cover the pan. Cut off the extra dough and seal both layers of dough together with your hands.
Step 7: Scatter the parmesan cheese evenly onto the dough. Use the fork to pierce the top of the dough.
Step 8: Bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven.
Step 9: Let sit in the oven for five minutes, then remove and prick the dough.
Step 10: Beat the remaining two eggs and use the brush to spread the beaten eggs on the crust.
Step 11: Turn off the oven. Put the pizza back into the oven and leave it in for 30 minutes.
